JETRAY'S INFO:

Name: Jetray

Species: Aerophibian- a play on "aero" for air and "amphibian"

Homeworld: Aeropela- a planet that is completely covered in water, most species there are either water or air inhabitants, there is no dry land there at all. Aeropela is also a planet that doesn't offer very good weather, it is constantly visited by fog, rain, and hurricanes, plus the occasional monsoon or tsunami. having to fly in this weather makes Jetray's species, aerophibians, evolved to fly like experts.

Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker (all aliens but Alien X. Also voiced Stinkfly and Wildmutt in old Ben 10)

Powers:

Super speed in both water and air

Able to reach super sonic speeds

Superhuman strength

and

Fire neuroshock energy blasts from his eyes and tail (which is what that green glowy ball is in the pic) This blast can range from pinpointed energy beams to a massive neuro-energy explosion.

Has expertise in air dog-fights

Weaknesses:

Can be injured if neuroshock blasts are redirected back at him

B/c of thin, frail legs, he walks a bit slower than he can fly

Vulnerable on ground

If one or both his arms gets damaged or broken....it could ruin his flying ability, same goes if his wings get damaged as well.

JETRAY FUN FACT:

Jetray is said to be faster than XLR8, who can reach speeds of up to 500 mph.

He is able to carry people (or aliens) in his arms for a short distance, when he glides across air currents till he lands

His feet are powerful enough to grasp onto people or aliens to carry them or rescue them from falls.

Jetray also seems to have incredible strength since in "Good Copy, Bad Copy" Albedo's Jetray carried Ben's Humongousaur form w/ no sign of difficulty.
